A two in one device called the Buhel Speakgoggle G33 Intercom recently made its way onto the scene. Although this eyewear looks like standard ski goggles used to protect the wearer’s eyes from snow, there is more to it than meets the eye as it incorporates various interesting features.
The Speakgoggle G33 Intercom is capable of fulfilling the dual functions of a protective eyepiece as well as a mobile phone. Ubergizmo reports that it can serve as a hands free kit for users’ handsets by connecting over Bluetooth and thus facilitating communication. The eyewear come integrated with buttons on the side which can be used to play music and answer or make calls.
The freshly unveiled accessory is believed to be apt for workaholics who can’t get enough of their work even while indulging in a snowy ski sport in the vacation. Users are allowed to pair it with up to six other G33 Intercom devices and speak to each other even when there is a distance of 500 meters keeping them apart. The goggle’s frame comes incorporated with a bone conduction microphone that enables clear conversations even amidst windy and noisy snow filled regions.
Owners are provided with 10 hours of music play, 12 hours talk time and 200 hours stand-by time by the new accessory. Equipped with support for the Voice Dial feature, it can be picked up in any of the three shades on offer which include silver, white and black. Moreover, the eyepiece automatically answers incoming calls while playing music.
