Sony headphones announced in time for the spring season

The latest lineup of Sony headphones inclusive of over-the-head variants as well as earbuds has been announced to be made available during spring. Drenched in vibrant hues, these accessories will hit stores over the course of the next two months, informs the official Sony blog.

The MDR-MA900 over-the-head earphones boast of an open structure as opposed to most others which sport a closed design. This is said to make for a wider sound flow instead of audio being concentrated in the middle of the head. It is integrated with a 40mm driver to reproduce good quality audio. The headset will hit store shelves in April along with MDR-MA300 and MDR-MA100.

The foldable MDR-V55 and MDR-ZX600 headsets feature a 40mm driver each and come in variants of black with red piping and white with gray piping. The latter also arrives in a gray colored version with orange piping. Both these audio gear will go up for sale this month. The company has also introduced its Easter egg series of earbuds which comprises models like the MDR-EX210, MDR-EX35, MDR-EX37 and MDR-EX40. They come in shades of blue, white, pink, black, purple, red, yellow and more.

In addition to these, Sony is offering a new pair of headphones for sports enthusiasts which is for use while engaging in outdoor activities. The white colored MDRAS20J/WHI is capable of withstanding water and the soft loop hangers prevent it from falling off.

The Sony MDR-EX35, MDR-EX37 and MDR-EX40 headphones are now available through the official website. They carry price tags of $19.99 (approx. Rs. 995) each, while the MDR-EX210 can be picked up for $39.99 (approx. Rs. 1,990). The Sony over-the-head earphones’ release dates and prices are yet to be revealed.
