Yet another smartphone, the Acer Liquid Glow has been added to the lineup of devices patiently waiting to make their first appearances at the MWC 2012 in Barcelona this month. The handset arrives with claims to provide the youth with an option that blends style with performance, while going easy on the pocket.

Like countless others gearing up for their debut at the MWC, this Acer contender also promises a generous scoop of Ice Cream Sandwich. Flaunting the company’s signature look, the curvaceous phone features chrome details on a soft-touch exterior to let users have a firm grip over it. And in order to appeal to the youth, the company will be releasing the device in three different shades namely, Sakura pink, Alpine white and Cat’s-eye black. Additionally, each colored phone sports a distinguished onscreen style.

The front panel of the Liquid Glow is dominated by a 3.7-inch multi-touch display which is said to team up with the Android 4.0 platform and various widgets to proffer users with an intuitive interface. These widgets should ensure instant access to applications, allowing people to keep themselves entertained, connected and updated at all times. Moreover, Google’s voice-input engine works in conjunction with this handset too.
