Motorola MotoActv Golf Edition begins shipping next month

Motorola MotoActv Golf Edition 01

The Motorola MotoActv Golf Edition wrist gadget is all set to hit shelves on April 1. A tweaked version of the original fitness oriented MotoActv, the golf version will work as a GPS golf tracker, online clubhouse and virtual caddie for fans of the game.

The mini device can prove to be a companion or guide on 20,000 courses around the world. It may be employed to see the user’s distance to the front, center as well as back of green and distance to the hazards. Loaded with PAR data for various courses, it is deemed suitable for eliminating the need of laser finders, phone apps and other such add-ons.

“The new Golf Edition of MotoActv has features that allow players to make better decisions on the course,” commented Bubba Watson, pro golfer and three-time PGA Tour winner. “From the weekend warriors trying to find the distance to the back of the green to great golfers who want to analyze their game and share their stats with friends, MotoActv helps improve scores and makes the game more enjoyable.”
