In fact, a well placed pocket has been designed to hold the iPod or whatever digital music player you might own. The earphone wires can be set in place via hidden loops on the inner lapel.
If you want to change the music, pause, rewind or adjust the volume, you will need to adjust the iPod through the in-built soft touch controls in the lapel.
