Portronics Charge X debuts in India

Portronics Charge X

Those who don’t like hunting for wall outlets while out and about, may probably welcome the Portronics Charge X which has been launched in India. It offers a portable platform to power up gadgets and stop mobile phones from looking like ‘landlines’ owing to the fact that they’re always attached to a power source.

This charger not only juices up mobile phones and tablets, but also Bluetooth receivers, portable speakers, GPS and gaming gadgets, while on-the-move. To save on time, users can hook up to two devices simultaneously. A single cycle of its fully powered Lithium-ion polymer battery makes the peripheral capable of offering roughly 24 hours of call time or 30 hours of video/Wi-Fi or 120 music playback hours. Additionally, when completely charged, users can power a device approximately three times in a row without needing to fill up the charger again.

The device tags along a pair of USB ports which support most gadgets and it houses a 5600mAh battery that lays claim to being four times bigger than most Android phone’s batteries. Furthermore, it packs in a micro-USB port for regular devices and an Apple connector that can be used to hook up the charger to an iPhone or even an iPad. Its onboard LED light denotes whether the hooked up gadgets are being powered or not, while a battery indicator displays the level of charge. The add-on can be ignored for an entire year without it showing any drain in energy.

The Portronics Charge X price in India is scratched at Rs. 2,999. This 136g charger is up for grabs across the country, soaked in white.
