Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 spotted on GLBenchmark readings, specs leaked

Another device from the family of Samsung dubbed Galaxy Ace 3 has been caught on GLBenchmark readings with enough details to keep us going for a while. The smartphone should fall under the mid-range category, just like its predecessors.

Whispers around town state the handset to be optimized for the latest version of Android Jelly Bean. It will apparently broadcast the company’s Nature UX 2.0 user interface across a WVGA screen. Residents from within the phone’s chassis include a 1GHz Broadcom processor housing two cores and a VideoCore IV GPU.

In the process of laying this news on the table, the folks over at SamMobile have let a few of their own speculations slip into the picture as well. However, we suggest our readers take this with a massive grain of salt. According to them, we are advancing towards a 4-inch device which could tout a 5MP camera featuring HD video recording capability, on its rear.

Well that’s not it. They even go on to say that joining the CPU and GPU in the handset’s interiors will be 1GB of RAM and an NFC chip. Also, the market might just witness the arrival of two variants, bifurcated on the basis of their SIM slot allocation.

Going by the benchmark readings, the smartphone’s model number will be GT-S7272. So we can rule this device out from the estimations of the South Korean conglomerate’s upcoming handsets with a new code system.

This is the furthest we could get concerning the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 components. Assuming the gadget exists indeed, we must say that additional information regarding the inbuilt storage capacity, expandability options, onboard battery and other details have yet to glide before us. As far as price is concerned, the aforementioned report says that the phone will be tagging along a retail label reading €300. A post on TheDroidGuy has outlined late May and early June as the launch window.
