Cube unveils H100 PMP, featuring 1080i video output

Cube H100 Portable Media Player

There’s a variety of stress-busters out here in the market, but music seems to be the most appreciated one. Hence, a lot of music players are available in the market for consumers to choose from. One more alternative has rolled out from Cube. The China-based company has introduced its latest portable media player, known as the H100.

Akihabhara News reports, replacing the Cube B52HD model, the main highlight of this portable media player is a pristine 1080i resolution TV output capability. In case the high-definition aspect doesn’t entice users, then they can stick to the standard 720p output, which was also found in the previous version.

Moreover, the PMP features a 5-inch WVGA display that has the ability to offer a resolution of 800×480 pixels. Users can play videos that are saved as RMVB, RM, AVI, FLV, DAT and MPEG. However, the information on the supported digital audio files is blurry.

The Cube H100 is not only restricted to audio and video playback but also concentrates on functions like an e-book reader and a built-in FM radio tuner. There are a couple of simple Flash-based games installed for users to offer a complete entertainment device.

As of now, there is no information on the price and availability details of the Cube H100 portable media player. Nevertheless, 1080i video-out feature on a player is kind of a new achievement, isn’t it?
