I have purchased the same model on Nov.2006 in Dubai.However currently the key pad is not functioning properly. On enquiring with LG service centre I found that the cost of replacing key pad is about Rs.2800/= which almost half of what curently available product in market. I was told that it can not be repaired and it would be better if I used with help of remote. While designing the product company should have taken in to account the low cost replacable key pad design as in most of the cases this needs replacement for better usage. Please let me if any low cost alternate solution is available for my problem.
