Developed in collaboration with Microsoft, the Mad Catz Tritton Primer wireless stereo headset for Xbox 360 has started shipping. It forms a part of the co-branded range consisting of five wireless products, which was announced back at the E3 2011.
The stereo headset employs the 5.8GHz wireless technology for clarity and cuts down on interference as it utilizes a large bandwidth. The easy accessibility of volume and mute buttons allows users to control chat and game volumes on the fly. Also, users can assign different levels to game and voice volumes with the help of the embedded knob. The integrated 40mm drivers feature neodymium magnets to deliver deep bass and clear highs.

This comfortable headset is said to be apt for extended gaming sessions as it is fitted with a padded adjustable headrail along with soft swiveling earcups. Additionally, this audio peripheral can be used in conjunction with all Xbox 360 consoles, whether they are connected via HDMI or other outputs such as VGA. Besides 2 AA batteries, the device is packaged along with a base station, RCA adapter cable, analog audio adapter, USB cable and headset connector cable.
The Mad Catz Tritton Primer wireless stereo headset price tag reads $99.99 (approx. Rs. 5,165). It is available for purchase through the official Tritton website and has already started shipping.
