Epoq has launched a unique watch that plays MP4 videos. The EMP-CVWC-2 not only tells you the time, but also has a lot of features.
The EMP-CVWC-2 watch has a 1.5-inch 260k OLED screen with 128×128 pixels resolution. It plays videos, MP3 files and displays JPEG photos. Epoq has also included a voice recorder and a FM radio in the MP4 watch. However, to play videos, users need to make use of the included conversion software to compress it to the NXV format and resize the video for the watch.
Epoq MP4 Watch EMP-CVWC-2 comes with a metal case and leather strap. There are two versions of this gadget, a 2GB one and a 4 GB one, which will retail for $169.95 (approx. Rs. 6700). The watch is expected to be out by mid-May 2007.
