Apparently, the Nokia Lumia 620 should be launching in India with a retail value of Rs. 14,999 and as seen in the picture attached below, an online shopping portal has listed it apart from stating its price. At the same time, the smartphone can be purchased through eBay at varying retail values starting at Rs. 20, 017.
Unlike the company’s flagship handset and the 820 from the same series, the Lumia 620 is an entry-level smartphone. Users will be able to view visuals across the 3.8-inch TFT LCD screen, thanks to ClearBlack technology employed.
Fitted within the 127g device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 CPU having dual cores, each clocked at 1GHz. An Adreno 305 GPU tags along with the processor intending to offer rich gaming experiences.
Seen resting on the flip side is a 5MP camera which wraps features such as auto focus, geotagging and an LED flash. The integrated VGA front-facing webcam will walk hand-in-hand with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and 3G in order to allow video conferencing.
If the 8GB of onboard storage stands to be insufficient to users, they could depend on the expansion port that has been embedded. This will be compatible with a microSD card of 64GB. With respect to system memory, 512MB of RAM has been slipped into the device.
A 1,300mAh Li-ion battery will be the source of the handset’s power. It will be able to render a talk time of roughly 14 hours to those using 2G, while 3G owners should be able to derive around 10 hours of talk time or 14 days of standby.
Saholic claims to inform buyer whenever the Nokia Lumia 620 will be made available, but so far, it hasn’t revealed an exact release date. Also, customers will spot it put on display by the e-retailer in the color black. Those who wish to take a break from the standard hue can moreover opt to purchase swappable back plates.
