The price or availability details of the Sony Xperia VL have not been mentioned as yet, but the company has revealed that it will reach shelves in the fourth quarter of 2012. It joins a number of other devices like the Xperia AX, GX and SX, which have also been announced for the country.

The Sony Xperia Product blog has revealed that the latest device from the company flaunts the arc design and is outfitted with a Reality multi-touch display. This high definition screen is said to be powered by the Mobile Bravia Engine, much like a number of other Xperia phones. It binges on the Ice Cream Sandwich platform and may receive a Jelly Bean update soon.
