The Samsung Galaxy S III India release date may not have been confirmed, but the company has declared its arrival in Canada through a number of carriers including Telus, Wind Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Bell, Rogers and more. Although the announcement regarding the Canadian availability has been made, the operators are yet to assign an exact shipping date to the phones.

The new Galaxy S, inspired by nature, is said to be suitable for the purpose of sharing and communicating instantly. The curvy, ergonomic device measuring 8.6mm in thickness, can be grabbed in shades of pebble blue and marble white. It shows off a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED multi-touch display along with a 1.9MP front-facing imager and an 8MP primary camera.

“Our customers have told us they love the Samsung Galaxy family and we are thrilled to bring the latest in the Galaxy line-up to Telus, Canada’s Galaxy Headquarters. We are committed to exceptional customer experiences and the new Samsung Galaxy S III not only brings to our customers an exceptional on-device experience but also access to Telus’ Clear and Simple initiatives such as flexible rate plans, data notifications and our new trade-in program that allows customers to upgrade to the latest and greatest devices like the Galaxy S III more easily and more often,” stated Brent Johnston, Telus vice-president of mobility solutions.
