While the price of the black-colored 64GB Samsung Galaxy S3 has been announced for the UK via Clove, the e-retailer is unsure about the exact release date of the device. Those willing to wait for 5 – 6 weeks for laying their hands over this version of the flagship Samsung smartphone, can now reserve it through the website.
Although the online retailer is accepting pre-orders, it has decided not to charge users for it just yet, says the official Clove blog. According to the blog post, it will stock up on the device on the basis of number of pre-orders placed in the next couple of weeks. On receiving a considerable amount of pre-orders, the reseller will ask its customers to pay up the price and will ship the phone as soon as it is available.
For refresher’s sake, Samsung’s third generation S smartphone flaunts a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED multi-touch display, capable of rendering visuals in 1280 x 720p resolution. It treats itself to a generous scoop of the Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.
Besides 64GB of internal memory, the handset in question has an expansion slot for a microSD card of up to 64GB capacity. And if that’s not enough, it tags along 50GB of Dropbox cloud storage as well. A 1.4GHz Exynos quad core processor teams up with 1GB of RAM to ensure smooth navigation and multitasking.
