The SIM-free black Samsung Galaxy S3 64GB version will soon be making its debut through Clove UK. Based on a statement we received from the online retailer, the device is expected to be in stock this October with pre-orders slated to commence sometime soon.
This ICS-powered handset is fueled by a quad core Exynos processor operating at 1.4GHz. As most are aware, it dons a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED capacitive touch panel with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. On the flip side, it has an 8MP rear-facing snapper which is yet again another major highlight of the S3. There is also a 1.9MP front-facing camera that can be employed for self portraits and video conferencing.
“We’ve just had some pretty exciting news in this afternoon – the SIM-free SGS3 black will launch with 64GB internal storage and is due to be here in early October. At the moment we are still waiting for pricing to be confirmed so we have not made it available for pre-order, but will update as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have opened up email alerts on the S3 black product page so that visitors can register their interest in the handset,†commented Chris Ward, Digital Media Coordinator, Clove Technology.
Apart from 64GB of internal memory that’s expandable up to 64GB more via the embedded microSD slot, the device is equipped with 1GB of RAM which aids in multitasking. Connectivity features include GPRS, 3G and Wi-Fi along with Bluetooth, DLNA and NFC. Powering up all the above components is a 2100mAh battery.
The black Samsung Galaxy S3 64GB price details are still to be officially announced. As stated earlier, the handset’s release date via Clove UK is expected to fall sometime early October.
