The U.S. Cellular HTC One V has officially entered the country through the carrier in question, after making a quiet appearance at Virgin Mobile, not long ago. AT&T has already laid claim over the One X and its other sibling, the One S, has been picked up by T-Mobile.

The smartphone gorges on the Ice Cream Sandwich platform and like most other devices from the company, takes advantage of Beats Audio. Besides enhanced multimedia features, it also boasts of the ability to take high quality images through a 5MP camera that sits on the rear panel. The handset lets users take pictures while shooting videos and offers zero shutter lag, resulting in relatively fast image capturing.

“This phone is great for people who want to simplify and organize their life using one device. The high-end camera and premium audio features make it easy to leave your other gadgets at home while on-the-go,” commented Edward Perez, vice president of sales and marketing operations for U.S. Cellular.

The front panel flaunts a 3.7-inch multi-touch WVGA display and runs on the carrier’s 3G network.
