Yesterday LG Electronics introduced a premium Black Label series mobile handset called Shine, in India.
The Shine has an elegant slim body and incorporates 2.2†wide mirror LCD screen. The new phone will be available in two versions, the slider style, and the bar. The slider style phone is as slim as 13.8mm while the bar is 9.9mm thick.
“2007 is the year to Shine with Style. The Indian market is one of our key markets, as it has the potential to grow at double digit rates annually,†said Choi, LG Mobile Communications’ Vice President of Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
Adding, “We are confident that this year we will have an even stronger presence in the market with our premium fashionable and advanced handsets and clear focus on stylish handsets, such as LG Shine. This launch signifies our commitment to be a leading mobile company.â€
Besides, other features of the LG Shine phone are:
LG’s Shine slide phone is expected to be available at the price of Rs 15,999; while the bar styled phone will carry a price tag Rs 8,999.
