As announced a couple of months ago, the HP Z1 Workstation AIO has finally hit availability status and is now shipping across the globe. This all-in-one computer system is the first of its kind to flaunt a 27-inch LED display, reveals the company.
The system is said to be capable of delivering a faster performance that should make the AIO apt for entertainment and digital media professionals. Its key highlight is the monitor that can be opened easily from the top without any tool, in order to upgrade the internal hardware or exchange parts. The Workstation employs the quad core Intel Xeon processors under the hood in addition to ECC memory. The decent visual projection of the device can be attributed to the Nvidia Quadro graphics.
“We’ve been visiting customers around the globe, in industries from automotive to audio and video, and the response is overwhelmingly positive, with comments like ‘it’s insanely cool’ and ‘just the right size. Customers say they’re impressed with the combination of accelerated performance and design that’s not available on any other product in the market today,†stated Jim Zafarana, vice president and general manager, Commercial Solutions Business Unit, HP.
Moreover, the all-in-one has been included with a 27-inch LED backlit display featuring an IPS panel. The wide 178-degree viewing angle adds to the comfort level while working. Users can also customize this PC system with different storage types which are inclusive of 7.2K and 10K SATA solid state drives, optical drives, a media card reader and more. It is packaged along with a keyboard and a mouse, and has been embedded with USB 3.0 ports.
The HP Z1 Workstation price and availability details have been revealed. Its starts at $1,899 (approx. Rs. 93,500) and is now shipping around the world.
