HP Z1 Workstation AIO gearing up for an April release

Probably to fulfill the requirements of users who demand performance as well as portability from their PCs, the HP Z1 Workstation makes an attempt towards offering most things in one unit. The white LED display screen of this all-in-one measures 27 inches diagonally, which according to the company, is the first one in the workstation category.

Accompanied by a mouse and a keyboard, the monitor of this device can be opened up in a hassle-free manner so that users can make necessary hardware changes and customizations by themselves. This enables keen owners to easily upgrade its memory, add hard drives, access graphics card, and work on other such amendments without using tools.

The Workstation AIO is embedded with quad core Intel Xeon processors, Nvidia Quadro GPUs as well as ECC memory. For storage purposes, users can choose from compatible options like removable drives, multi format media card reader, 7.2K and 10K SATA, SSD, RAID configurations, and more. The incorporated webcam supports video conferencing sessions and records HD videos as well. Equipped with an IPS panel, the Z1 also offers support to 2D, 3D and other media-rich applications.

The HP Z1 Workstation price in the U.S. is expected to be $1,899 (approx. Rs. 93,500). It should begin shipping by the month of April this year.
