Powered with the Intel second-generation Core vPro technology, HP has brought to India the Compaq 8200 Elite All-in-One business desktop. This PC is claimed to deliver up to 40 percent better performance, 15 percent faster hard drive access and reduced downtime via remote IT management.
The HP Compaq 8200 features a full high definition 23-inch diagonal LED screen, adorned with a webcam, microphone, and speakers with SRS Premium Sound for streamlined face-to-face communication. Additionally, it supports next generation Intel processors and the Q67 Express chipset along with the Intel Hyper-Threading and Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 to improve integrated graphics multitasking.

Keeping in mind the data protection concerns regarding business desktops, this PC is also embedded with TPM 1.2 compliant security chip for hardware-based plus personal encryption through HP’s full suite of ProtectTools, including DriveLock, Digitalpass and Face Recognition. Users also get a yearlong HP Virtual Rooms license which enables them to conduct presentations, team meetings, training events and classes in an easy-to-use online conference center.
Starting this September, the HP Compaq 8200 Elite All-in-One Business Desktop can be purchased in India for a price of Rs. 38, 000.
