The new iPad India launch details have been announced. After trekking across various parts of the globe, the much-awaited Apple delight has set its sights on 12 additional countries which include India and South Korea. As of April 20, tech enthusiasts situated in Venezuela, Croatia, Guatemala, Brunei, Cyprus, El Salvador, Malaysia, Uruguay, Panama and Dominican Republic were already treated to the latest iteration of the iDevice.
However, places such as India, Colombia, Israel, Lithuania, South Africa, Estonia, Latvia, Montenegro and Thailand will acquire the third generation iPad starting April 27. Notably, the Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 4G variants are expected to foray into all the aforementioned terrains drenched in two colors namely, black and white. Some of the gadget’s interesting features include a dual-core Apple A5X chip with quad-core graphics and a new 9.7-inch Retina display. Before jumping straight to the price figures of the newest product from the Cupertino company, we first reveal the slashed tags of the iPad 2. The starting prices of this device read at Rs. 24,500 and Rs. 32,900 for the 16GB Wi-Fi and 16GB Wi-Fi + 3G models, correspondingly.
The new iPad India price and availability details have been disclosed by the company ahead of its launch in the country. The 16GB, 32GB and 64GB Wi-Fi models can be acquired for Rs. 30,500, Rs. 36,500 and Rs. 42,500, respectively, inclusive of VAT. Furthermore, the iPad Wi-Fi + 4G variants of the aforementioned memory capacities read as Rs. 38,900, Rs. 44,900 and Rs. 50,900, respectively. These prices are also inclusive of VAT.
