Among the host of carriers offering Apple’s latest slate in the UK, the T-Mobile new iPad joins the fray. The operator will provide a range of data plans that will allow connectivity to its 3G and 3.5G networks.
In terms of the specs of the tablet, it features a 9.7-inch touchscreen with Retina display technology. The 5MP iSight camera is embedded on the back panel and it also supports 1080p video recording.

Presenting its iconic sleekness, the completely powered battery of the slab is expected to work for nearly 10 hours. Though the iPad 2 carried the A5 chip, this fresh entrant boasts of the A5X chip with quad-core graphics. The array of apps has also been refreshed inclusive of the iLife facility.
The next generation iPad has been released in 2 models namely, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 4G. The latter is expected to work with HSPA+ and DC-HSDPA networks too. The T-Mobile UK new iPad price is revealed to be £229 (approx. Rs. 18,190) and £279.00 (approx. Rs. 22,160) for the 16GB and 32GB variants, in that order. It will be available across the carrier’s retail outlets, online and via telesales.
