Reigncom, parent company of iriver, has rolled out its latest portable media player, termed as the iriver NV mini, in the Korean market. A slimmer version of iriver’s NV, the PMP doubles up as a GPS navigation device.
Based on Windows CE 5.0 operating system, the NV Mini sports a 3.5-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 320×240 pixels to view maps or video content.
In terms of the GPS support, the unit comes with the GPS navigation software that is developed by Gini.
Compatible with SD memory card of 4GB, the NV mini can store a wide range of media files with maps. Besides, the PMP-cum-GPS system delivers a battery life of 2.5 hours.
The 4GB iriver NV mini PMP with GPS carries a price tag of 188,000W (approx. Rs. 7,220) and has already hit the Korean market.
