Less than a week after celebrating the game’s second birthday, Rovio has made an official announcement regarding the launch of the Angry Birds headphones by Gear4. These are available in five colors depicting different birds from the game as well as their enemies, the green pigs.
As Ubergizmo reports, these headphones are the newest addition to the Angry Birds merchandise range. The audio peripherals are available in five variants which come drenched in shades of red, black, green, blue and yellow. Except the green headset that features the pig, all other variants sport the icon of birds which are seen in the game.
This lightweight audio gear of dimensions 132 x 98 x 22 millimeters, weighs close to 32 grams. The official website refrains from mentioning about their specifications, but they should be capable of delivering good quality sound through their stylish form factor. The gadget boasts of its compatibility with most Apple products which are inclusive of all iPhone variants, both iPads along with iPod touch, nano, classic, mini and more. Also, the 3.5mm audio jack lets users connect it to a number of other mobile devices and MP3 players.
Although, they have been officially announced, users may have to wait for some more time to lay their hands on this merchandise of the adorable birds from the popular game. These headsets are currently out of stock and all prospective customers can add the peripheral to their wishlist and wait for a notification from the company as soon as they are ready to start shipping.
