Archos has affirmed that the Vision series media players will be launched in UK. According to Engadget, these PMPs will hit the UK market next month. The range currently includes 2-inch and 3-inch touchscreen models.
The Archos 2 Vision is a 2-inch touchscreen media player. This player incorporates FM radio and microSD card slot. This PMP is available in 8GB and 16GB models. The 3-inch touchscreen, Archos 3 Vision includes a FM transmitter that is capable of accessing a car radio. Both these devices incorporate kinetic scrolling and photo viewer technology.
Apart from these models, the comapny will also be releasing the Archos Clipper, a compact 2GB PMP. These PMP models are expected to release next month in UK and are also speculated to be followed by 4-inch and 7-inch PMPs by next fall.
The Archos Clipper will be priced at £19.99 (approx. Rs.1,570) while the Archos 2 Vision will cost users £49.99 (approx. Rs.3,930) and the Archos 3Vision will be available for £89.99 (approx. Rs.7,072).
