The Idea Ultra II 3G smartphone is the latest entrant into the budget Android mobile segment in India and seems apt for those who wish to make the most of the faster mobile network without parting with a huge amount of cash. The phablet hides a quad core processor under the hood and relies on the Jelly Bean OS for its intuitiveness.
