LG F70 reaches India with 4G LTE and Rs 19500 price tag

We’re slowing seeing more 4G devices enter India and the LG F70 is the latest to join the group and while most of the current LTE phones are high-end or expensive, this one caters to the affordable segment. The handset is yet to be officially launched by the company, but its arrival has been confirmed with the phone going up on the OEM’s website.

The LG F70 is also accompanied by a Rs 19500 price tag, making it a pretty alluring pick for those looking to experience 4G LTE when it gets launched without the hassle of upgrading their phone. It’s still to be confirmed whether the device will support the LTE technology being implemented in India, but then again it would be pointless releasing such as device when similar-specced handsets from the company are already available sans 4G.

LG F70

The F70 is quite similar to the Moto G where hardware is concerned. They both offer 4.5-inch IPS displays, but the one from LG comes with only WVGA resolution which is quite a letdown at the said price. The phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core Snapdragon 400 SOC.

For memory needs, there’s 1GB of RAM, 4GB internal storage and a microSD card slot. There’s also a 2440mAh battery onboard. Design-wise, the device offers quite an alluring appearance through its textured rear panel. Preloaded with the phone are LG exclusive software enhancements such as Knock Code, Knock On, Guest Mode, QuickWindow, Quick Memo, Qslide and more.
