Dual SIM iBall Andi 5c comes to India

iBall Andi 5c

Following the footsteps of the Andi 3e and 4d, the iBall Andi 5c smartphone has paved its way into India. And like the former two handsets, this one provides dual SIM support as well, at a higher price tag.

To start off, a 5-inch IPS display sits pretty the front panel of this phone. A 5MP camera is fixed to the rear with built-in flash for image capturing and video recording. Apart from panoramic stills, this snapper enables users to take multiple shots with a single click. And that’s not all; there is also a front-facing lens which facilitates face-to-face chats while on the move.

This smartphone packs in a red-eye remover and a gallery app with a photo editor for those want to customize their images directly on the device itself. For browsing purposes, it supports 3G connectivity and renders upload and download speeds of up to 5.76Mbps and 7.2Mbps, respectively. Attributes like face unlock and an enhanced notification panel are also thrown into the mix.

Apart from built-in GPS, this handset tags along a G-sensor, proximity sensor and light sensor. To carry out operations, the company has employed a Cortex A9 processor that ticks at 1GHz. A 2300mAh battery powers up all the above mentioned components, while the Ice Cream Sandwich platform hosts the show. This device is said to deliver ‘powerful’ and ‘clear’ sound in order to enhance the overall entertainment experience.

The iBall Andi 5c price in India is chalked at Rs. 15,999 and it is available via the company’s retail outlets.
