The T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 2 release date has been announced in the US, raising hopes for all those eagerly waiting to get their hands on this particular device. The network provider will be offering the smartphone drenched in shades of titanium grey and marble white across the country.

Running through the prime highlights of the Jelly Bean-powered handset, it touts a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED capacitive touch panel and a 1.9MP secondary camera on the front. There’s an 8MP AF BSI rear-facing snapper that lets users capture images even in dim lighting conditions with the help of an LED flash. This smartphone-cum-tablet is armed with an Exynos quad core processor that ticks at 1.6GHz, while it also packs in 2GB of RAM and options of 16GB, 32GB or 64GB internal memory.

The company previously unveiled this handset back in August and since then, it has made its debut in a number of countries including the US, the UK, Germany and India. The phone is for purchase in the UK through retailers like Clove, Phones 4u, and Carphone Warehouse, while Snapdeal has put it up for sale in India. Apart from the network provider in question, a number of carriers are planning to offer the Note 2 in the US including AT&T, Verizon, U.S. Cellular and Sprint.

The release date for the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is set for this fall, while the price is still under wraps.
