Videocon has launched a new range of feature and touch phones in India which offer stylish designs combined with ‘top-of-the-line’ capabilities. The V1542, V1548, V1531+ and V1580 provide dual SIM connectivity and a host of other attractive features at affordable prices.
The dual SIM, dual standby, slim V1542 has a 2.6-inch WQVGA display and draws power from an 1800mAh battery. It comes pre-loaded with apps including Facebook, Twitter, Weather and more and even sports a 1.3MP camera. This phone can also boast of wireless FM and up to 16GB of expandable memory. It is available in black and white color options.
The Videocon V1548 meanwhile, has a 2.6-inch QVGA touch screen offering a resolution of 240 x 320. It is Bluetooth capable, has a 1.3MP camera and is powered by a 1200mAh battery. It allows memory expandability up to 8GB and, for music fans, includes a movie juke box application. The phone also comes pre-loaded with social apps like Twitter and Facebook and is available in black and white.
Now the V1531+ looks interesting enough. The tall, slender multimedia phone sports a 2.4-inch, QVGA TFT color display. A 1500mAh battery delivers up to 10 hours of talk time, while the movie juke box application should keep users entertained. A 1.3MP camera, expandable memory up to 8GB, FM recording, preloaded social apps and Bluetooth and GPRS connectivity round up the list. It comes in color combinations of black and red, black and grey, and white and green.
Lastly, the V1580 delivers visuals on its 3.2-inch WQVGA touch display. Memory expandability of up to 16GB has been provided while the phone also features the movie juke box application and Facebook, Twitter and Opera Mini apps. A 1200mAh battery drives the device and its 2MP camera. It is available in black and white.
The Videocon V1542 price in India is Rs. 2099, while the V1548, V1531+ and V1580 are available for Rs. 2399, Rs. 1850 and Rs. 2999 respectively.
