LG Electronics has announced Sprint to be an exclusive provider of the latest QWERTY mobile phone, called the Rumor2, in the American market.

The next generation of the LG Rumor is designed for users to easily send text messages, send e-mails and actively participate in social networking sites. All these activities can be effectively satisfied with the included features such as a full sliding QWERTY keyboard with an additional row, a large and high-resolution QVGA display and a removable backplate.

To further take the messaging process to the next level of enjoyment, Sprint offers an affordable Everything Messaging Plan for $49.99 per month. With this, users can get pleasure from 450 anytime minutes, unlimited night and weekend minutes starting at 7 p.m., unlimited mobile-to-mobile minutes, plus unlimited text, picture and video messaging. The network operator also provides Sprint’s Everything Messaging Family plan with cost-effective options.

It also comes preloaded with Sprint Navigation with compatibility for full-feature GPS navigation that includes voice and on-screen, turn-by-turn driving directions and more than 10 million business listings.

Besides, the QWERTY slider phone even supports Microsoft Exchange Server and IBM Lotus Notes accounts through Sprint Mobile Email Work. It offers access to the Sprint Mobile Email as well, allowing users to make use of existing personal email accounts from popular Web-based providers such as AOL, Gmail, Windows Live, Hotmail and Yahoo!
