Samsung i900 Omnia smartphone now in UK

Samsung i900 Omnia Phone Samsung launches its new i900 Omnia phone in the UK smartphone markets. Also known as the iPhone killer, i900 Omnia is available in 16GB and 8GB storage capacities.

The Samsung i900’s Sweep UI lets you control the phone with simple and intuitive gestures and touches like scroll, pan, flip or zoom. The Samsung i900 Omnia packs in a large WVGA screen, built in accelerometer, 5 mega-pixel camera, auto focus, LED flash, Face detection, built-in media player, Opera web browser, 8 or 16GB of on-board memory and microSDHC slot, high speed 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity.

The phone also guides you with its navigation software and GPS capability. The i900’s location based services lets you find useful and popular locations.

It equips full suite of applications such as Create and edit Microsoft Office documents, push e-mail, full Microsoft Exchange.

With the support for DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance), it allows the Samsung i900 to connect to other DLNA & Wi-Fi compatible devices. You can send high quality stereo music directly to your DLNA enabled hi-fi wirelessly.

The Omnia i900 8GB is now available on the UK network Orange contract deals while the 16 GB Omnia i900 is available on O2 contract deals.
