The HCL Ultrasmart ME Series 3074 price in India has popped up with pre-orders set to commence soon. Some of the key features of this Ultrabook include a 3rd generation Intel Core i3 processor, the ability to auto-resume in less than 5 seconds, a multi-gesture touchpad and a battery that runs for up to 7 hours.
Wrapped in a metal casing with a thickness of less than 18mm, HCL Ultrasmart ME Series 3074 comes in a lightweight form factor which tips the scales at 1.7kg. To top it off, it is layered with a brush metal grey finish and flaunts a 14-inch WVGA LED backlit display that renders visuals in 1366 x 768 pixels. Buyers will be able to configure the device with basic, premium or professional versions of Windows 7 in addition to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a 32GB SSD and 500GB HDD.

Lined up on the chassis are a number of connectivity sockets that include 3 USB ports and an HDMI slot, amongst others. There is also a 1.3MP front-facing camera that can be coupled with the integrated microphone for conducting video conferences. Lastly, the Wi-Fi-enabled HCL device comes with a BEE Star certification that makes it capable of delivering smooth performance while being energy efficient.
The HCL Ultrasmart ME Series 3074 price in India starts at Rs. 51,990. The company is yet to give details about its release date. The device will be up for pre-order via the manufacturer’s retail partners, brand stores and online.
