The price of the Acer TravelMate B113 series is chalked out for the US and Canada and the E-4470, M-6460 and M-6825 models have already hit store shelves in these countries. The high-end variant boasts of gaining steam from the latest Ivy Bridge processors, while the basic one is incorporated with the Intel Pentium 967 chipset.

The devices weigh not more than 3 pounds and measure merely an inch in thickness. The Acer computing devices ship with up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, customizable up to 8GB as well as a SATA hard disk drive. Fitted with a 11.6-inch Acer ComfyView LCD LED backlit display of 16:9 aspect ratio, they can render visuals in 1366 x 768p resolution. This screen has an anti-glare matte surface to cut down on reflections, even in bright sunlight. The laptops even employ a keyboard, embedded with large-sized keys.
