AmTRAN JVC BlackCrystal HDTV line to arrive in North America

AmTRAN JVC BlackCrystal HDTV AmTRAN and JVC are gearing up to launch the BlackCrystal HDTV range, their first line of products under the agreement that was announced back in October 2010. The televisions are said to deliver high resolution video quality coupled with superior audio output.

The flat-panel HDTVs will be available in variants of LCD and E-LED with different screen sizes of 32-inch, 37-inch, 42-inch and 47-inch. These HDTVs claim to provide users with HD entertainment at budget-friendly prices. TVs are equipped with ports for USB and HDMI to connect flash drives and other devices.

“The BlackCrystal line represents a visible upgrade in picture quality from most HDTV models in the typical retail product mix, with a distinct point of differentiation – superior sound quality with XinemaSound, a unique audio design. We look forward to making the JVC BlackCrystal series of HDTVs ‘The Center of Your Entertainment,’” stated Tom Paterniti, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AVC.

The XinemaSound technology creates surround sound whereas CrystalMotion and CrystalColor technologies ensure crystal clear images in vibrant colors. Its Ambient Light Sensor adjusts brightness according to the lighting conditions of the room and the TV automatically switches itself off in case of lost signals. AVC will further augment its range with flat-panel TVs possessing added attributes like 3D functionalities and large sizes by the end of this year for the U.S. market.

The AmTRAN JVC BlackCrystal HDTV series was showcased at Times Square in New York City and will be available in North America by next week.
