Panasonic details 2011 Viera LCD LED TV lineup

Manufacturers have been crafting advanced devices to enhance the home entertainment space. While uncovering two new models in its 2011 Viera LCD/LED TV lineup, Panasonic has revealed the pricing and availability details of all models in this range. The inclusion of these two new sets has expanded this year’s Viera series to boast of eight LED devices.

These offerings have been classified into three categories namely full HD 3D LCD LED, HD LCD and LCD/LED. The Viera full HD 3D lineup embraces the 37-inch TC-L37DT30 and the 32-inch TC-L32DT30. These systems have been integrated with a wide viewing angle, an enhanced motion picture response and Viera Connect. Outfitted with three USB ports and four HDMI connections, these devices support fast motion picture response with cross-talk free 3D images while delivering a power-efficient performance. The TC-L37DT30 and TC-L32DT30 will be available next month for $1299.95 (approx. Rs. 58,504) and $1199.95 (approx. Rs. 54,015), respectively.

The LCD/LED variants in the 2011 lineup include the E3 series which stretches out the 32-inch class TC-L32E3, the 42-inch class TC-L42E3 and the 37-inch TC-L37E3. The 32-inch and 42-inch offerings are expected to hit stores in March while the 37-inch is already available in stores. All the models in this series have been presented with a web entertainment solution namely Easy IPTV for rendering easy access to three movie websites namely Cinema Now, Netflix and Amazon. These products are priced in the bracket of $699.95 (approx. Rs. 31,508) to $949.95 (approx. Rs. 42,761).

The E30 series in the same cluster features the 42-inch HDTV entitled TC-L42E30 and the 19-inch TC-L19C30 for $1099.95 (approx. Rs. 49,514) and $249.95 (approx. Rs. 11,251), correspondingly. The former comes equipped with LED backlighting, 120Hz Motion Picture Pro, four HDMI inputs, DLNA connectivity and more. This model was released last month whereas the 720p IPS Alpha 19-inch TC-L19C30 panel has been slated for a May release.

The TC-L32C3 and TC-L24C3 HDTVs flash 32-inch and 24-inch screens for displaying bright graphics. The former is expected to be launched later this month whereas the latter will come ashore in June for $399.95 (approx. Rs. 18,003) and $299.95 (approx. Rs. 13,502), correspondingly. Users can also select from the U3 and U30 lineup of HD LCD television sets. The U3 range houses the 37-inch TC-L37U3 and the 32-inch TC-L32U3. Splashing 1080p full HD resolution images with 60Hz IPS Alpha Panel, the 37-inch model is out now at $599.95 (approx. Rs. 27,006) whereas the other version will stride in this June for $499.95 (approx. Rs. 22,501).

The U30 series has been wrapped with the 1080p 42-inch TC-L42U30 which has been adorning store shelves for some months now. This 120Hz with Motion Picture Pro 4 system sports three HDMI connectors, a PC Input, Viera Link and Viera Image Viewer. It can be purchased by shelling out $799.95 (approx. Rs. 36,003). The 32-inch TC-L32X30 is a 720p 60Hz LCD HDTV embedded with Easy IPTV and attuned to DLNA devices. It releases later in the month with the price tag of $499.95 (approx. Rs. 22,501).

With such an expansive range of TVs lined up for the year ahead, Panasonic seems ready to extend refined experiences.
