A wheel replica of the Ferrari 150° Italia dubbed Thrustmaster Ferrari wheel Integral T500 has been released for PCs and PlayStation 3. The wheel is an add-on for the previously launched Thrustmaster T500 accessory and is easy to connect or detach.
The replica of the F1 Ferrari 150° Italia, this wheel is packaged along with a pedal set and a base which comprises the racing wheel’s motor. Promising power and precision, the wheel is integrated with an industrial-class engine offering 150mNm torque and up to 3000 rpm. The wide internal dual belt further adds to its smoothness and flexibility. A constant 16-bit resolution is rendered through the built-in H.E.A.R.T HallEffect AccuRate Technology.
As the wheel takes inspiration from the 150° Italia, it features a rubber-textured exterior for a better grip. This wheel with a life-size diameter has a reinforced scratch-brushed metal face. Also, the Thrustmaster Quick Release simplifies detaching it. This gaming peripheral is attached with Push and Pull F1 shifters, which too are made of scratched-brushed metal, and are used for shifting gears.
Two rotary encoder knobs of this wheel facilitate setting adjustments during the game. It is embedded with 8 dual detent push buttons, two 8-directional D-pads in addition to three automatic centering 3-position metal switches. Moreover, it offers two modes, one with 17 programmable features for both PCs and PS3 and another advanced mode for 29 programmable features. The adjustable metal pedal sets can either be suspended or mounted to the floor.
The Thrustmaster Ferrari F1 Wheel Integral T500 carries a price tag of $699.99 (approx. Rs. 34,387) and will be available this month.
