SupaBoy handheld video game console unleashed in the U.S.

The SupaBoy handheld video game console is finally seeing the light of the day and it has been outed by Hyperkin just in time for holidays. The device was seen drawing the attention of keen gamers ever since it was unveiled around summertime.

The SupaBoy is designed to appear exactly like an original SNES controller. Equipped with a 3.5-inch LCD display, the gadget includes face buttons, D-pad, right and left shoulder buttons, and more. A player can compete with another using this device since it comes with two front loading ports as well as audio/video out. This arrangement makes it compatible with full-size SNES controllers and permits gamers to compete against each other on a regular TV screen.

Reported by Engadget, the gaming device is sculpted with a top loading port, which is capable of playing authentic 16-bit SNES and Super Famicom cartridges. Additionally, the handheld will apparently give ready access to numerous SNES titles like Chrono Trigger, Super Mario Kart, The Legend of Zelda A Link To The Past, Donkey Kong Country, Starfox, Super Mario World, and more.

The SupaBoy price in the U.S. is $79.99 (approx. Rs. 4,110). It is available through the official Hyperkin website or online retailer Amazon.
