Fujifilm XF1 price details show up, release date nailed for October

The Fujifilm XF1 price has popped up along with its release date that’s planned for next month. This camera is equipped with various modes such as Travel, Standby and Shooting, which provide photographers with quick start-up times amongst others.

The device packs in a 12MP 2/3-inch EXR-CMOS sensor that offers EXR-Auto and an f1.8 wide angle lens which covers up an equivalent distance from 25mm to 100mm. The lens is capable of delivering 4x manual optical zoom and 8x optical zoom via Intelligent Digital zoom. The AF sensor is coupled with the EXR processor for capturing fast moving objects through a start-up time of approximately 0.55 seconds and a minimum shot-to-shot interval of 0.8 seconds.

The snapper dons a 3-inch LCD monitor in addition to a host of filters, film simulation modes and 3D shooting options. The built-in Optical Image Stabilization takes care of shakes, while the device offers an ISO range of 100 to 12,800 for shooting in various light conditions. Apart from the above mentioned features, the company has thrown in a RAW converter and the Motion Panorama 360 highlight for panoramic stills. On a single charge, the gadget is capable of delivering roughly 300 shots.

The Fujifilm XF1 price is tagged at $499.99 (approx. Rs. 35,400) and its release date has been slated for October 2012. Potential buyers will be able to pick up the device drenched in shades of black, tan and red.
