Fujifilm J series and A series digital cameras grace Indian shores

Photography buffs will be flashing a smile for this tidbit – Fujifilm has brought no less that four A series compact digital cameras and four sleek J series family cameras to India. The line up comprises of the A series AV100, AV150, AX200 and AX250 as well as the J series JV100, JV150, JX200 and JX250 digital cameras.

The A series cameras offer HD image and video capture and feature a combination of MP resolutions, LCD display sizes as also Fujinon zoom lenses. Wide landscapes, tall structures and similar scenes can be shot in Panorama Shooting Mode which permits users to stitch three photos together to form a panoramic image. Other integrated technologies include Face Detection, Digital Image Stabilization, Automatic Scene Recognition, high ISO sensitivity levels and Picture Search.

Fujifilm’s J series cameras enable HD image capture, with the latest JV and JX models featuring Targeting AF. The J series cameras are attributed with Fujinon zoom lenses, Panorama Shooting Mode, Scene Recognition Auto, Movie Mode with Sound and Picture Search. Smile and Shoot Mode works in combination with Face Detection so that the camera doesn’t take a picture until the subject smiles and Blink Detection notifies users if they have snapped a photo with the subjects blinking.

Fujifilm has not made a clear mention regarding the pricing of their A series and J series cameras as yet.
