Nikon gives Indian photo enthusiasts a new and stylish way to capture their precious moments with four new Style series cameras namely Coolpix – S630, S620, S230 and S220. The Nikon Coolpix Style series cameras come in sleek metal bodies and are available in vibrant colors. Innovative technology is incorporated into these compact yet affordable cameras.
The four Nikon Style series cameras include Nikkor lenses and the Nikon Expeed digital image processing concept. These features give users detailed and rich color images. There are a host of other features which are common to all four cameras. With the Touch Focus, customers can set exposure and autofocus with a simple touch of the subject. 4-Way VR Image Stabilization is also enabled in these cameras.
Photographers can snap brilliant pictures of family and friends with Smart Portrait System and enhanced Face-priority Auto Focus. The Smart Portrait captures people smiling without blinking and the Face-priority Auto Focus automatically detects up to twelve faces while adjusting the brightness on them to ensure a beautiful picture. The Scene Auto Selector chooses an appropriate mode to suit the picture needs.

This new offering of the Coolpix cameras will help our customers gear up for their vacation plans to capture memorable and fun filled moments with loved ones.â€
The Coolpix S630 is a 12.0 megapixel compact camera featuring a 7x optical zoom. Pictures can be viewed through a 2.7 inch LCD display screen. Shooting up to 11 frames per minute is possible with the Continuous Mode. Coolpix S630 camera has ISO 6400 capability and can be acquired in silver color.
The 12.2 megapixel Coolpix S620 camera has a 4x wide optical zoom with a quick 0.7 seconds start up time. This camera model has a full resolution capability of ISO 6400 and is available in black.
Coolpix S230 is a 10.0 megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom and a 3.0 inch high-resolution LCD touchscreen. Write and draw functions are also enabled in this model. The S230 has an ISO 2000 capability and comes in three shades namely red, silver and purple.
The fourth in the Coolpix Style series is the Coolpix S220. This model sports an 18mm sleek body design with a 2.5 inch LCD display screen. The 10.0 megapixel camera has a 3x optical zoom and can be acquired in shades of purple, green, blue, magenta and silver.
Nikon Coolpix S630 and S620 are available at a retail price of Rs.24,950 and Rs.18,950 respectively. The Coolpix S230 and S220 can be brought at a retail price of Rs.14,250 and Rs.9,950 respectively. Starting this month onwards, the Coolpix S-series cameras are available all over India.
