Sony intros Cyber-shot T500 Digital Camera, featuring one-touch Movie Mode

Sony has unveiled its latest digital camera, called T500 to expand the very popular Cyber-shot brand. What makes the digital camera unique is that its can shift between still and movie mode by just one click. Thus users have the opportunity to take still photos without interrupting video recording.

The slim and stylish Cyber-shot T500 sports a 10.1 megapixel which can capture still images and shoot crisp clear HD movie with stereo sound. With the available 4 GB memory stick, you can store up to 60 mins of the video via the latest HD movie mode. It also includes image sensor and a wide range of shooting modes. In the Movie mode, the Sony shows compatibility with MPEG4 AVC/H.264, HD movies 1280×720 pixels at 30fps.

The Sony T500 features Carl Zeiss lens along with a new ring-type Zoom button, a large wide 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD, up to eight subjects face detection technology and Optical SteadyShot with High Sensitivity mode.

Moreover, the camera also employs the Dual Anti-blur solution, clear RAW Noise Reduction for exceptionally clean, natural videos. Through HSMi, you can connect the digital camera to the Sony HD TV, BRAVIA.

Bundled with Picture Motion Browser software, the Sony CyberShot DSC-T500 digital camera will be available for sale from next month. It will retail for $400 (approx. Rs. 17,502).

    I use this camera and lately the batteries i use have been over heating to the point the camera shuts off, does anyone else have this problem?
