Lots of launches of digital cameras from several manufacturers such as Sony, Nikon and Olympus. After the launch of SP-560UZ camera, Olympus introduced three cameras from FE series. The FE-300, FE-290 and FE-280 are the company’s new cameras.
The FE-300 comes with a 12MP image sensor. Also it features Face Detection Technology for capturing sharp and brilliant portrait pictures. Besides, it is equipped with large 2.5-inch LCD screens.
The FE-290 is well equipped with 4x zoom, with which users can capture the subject more accurately. Besides, a 28mm wide-angle lens allows shooting panoramic shots. The FE-290 has 3-inch LCD display to view captured images.
The last camera Olympus introduced is the FE-280. This is a very trendy looking camera and comes in as many as four colors – red, blue, black and silver.
“We’ve added even more features and performance to the ultra-slim FE-Series without adding complexity,†said Jennifer Schmell, product manager, Olympus Imaging America Inc.
“Whatever your need, from large-format printing to increased zoom, there’s an FE camera for you,†added Schmell.
All the cameras feature Face Detection Technology and Digital Image Stabilization Mode and Edit.
All three Olympus cameras, the FE-280, FE-290 and FE-300 will be available anytime this month and they will come along with LI-42B Li-Ion Rechargeable Battery and Charger, USB Cable, Audio/Video Cable, Wrist Strap, Manual, CD-ROM with OLYMPUS Master 2 Software and Warranty Card.
The FE-280 camera’s estimated price is $199.99 (around 8,170 INR) while the FE-290 will cost $249.99 (approx 10,210 INR). Whereas, the FE-300 will carry a price tag of $299.99 (approx 12,250 INR).
