Samsung has announced the launch of its new entry-level S3600 flip phone.
The stylish yet simple mobile phone works on GSM/EDGE connectivity and comes with features like a 2.2-inch screen with 176 x 220 pixels of resolution, a 1.3 megapixel camera, media player, FM Radio with recording capability and 30 MB of internal memory with microSD cards support for up to 2 GB.
The clamshell handset is compliant with Bluetooth 2.0+EDR connectivity and allows direct photo printing via Bluetooth.
Additionally, the Samsung S3600 phone is supports MPEG4 and H.263 file formats for video recording and playback.
According to grapevine, the Samsung S3600 is packed with a Mobile Tracker application to protect onboard data during theft.
Though there is no word on pricing and availability, the Samsung S3600 phone is likely to hit Russian market first.
