Lenovo announced the launch of its latest S10e Ideapad netbook.
The main attribute of the computing device is the incorporation of Windows XP Pro operating system. It also supports Windows XP Home or Novell SUSE 10 operating systems.
Designed for mobile users, the netbook features a 10.1-inch LED backlit screen with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels, webcam, ExpressCard 34 slot, optional Bluetooth, Ethernet port and Wi-Fi.
Powered by Intel Atom processor, the Lenovo S10e will support upto 1.5GB memory and come with a option of 4 GB solid state drive or 160GB hard disk drive.
Weighing 1.2kg, the S10e Ideapad will be available in white, red and black colors. It also comes in-built with an Instant On feature which allows users to quickly check emails and do other basic tasks without a need to fully boot the OS.
The Lenovo S10e Ideapad netbook is priced at £299 (approx. Rs. 22,645) including VAT.
