SCEE game for October 2009 release of PlayStation Portable Go

SCE logoGaming aficionados will probably have taken notice by now. SCEE will be out with the PlayStation Portable Go in October, 2009.

The makers will be giving away GT PSP game packages free from October 1-10, 2009. Consumers will have to register their device on the company’s network site to avail of this offer. It doesn’t stop at that. SCEE also proffers 3 free games out of a list of 16 games to players who possess a PSP-1000, 2000 or 3000 or a Universal Media Disc. A list of all the games can be viewed on the official website. The list comprises of games like WipeOut, LocoRoco, Killzone Liberation, Patapon and more.

The exterior has a chic sliding screen and envelopes 16GB of integrated memory. It means there is enough space to add games, photos or videos or PlayStation ‘minis’. The PlayStation store offers up these mini game packages, dubbed ‘minis’, which are restricted to 100MB in size, making downloading them simple and fast.

The ‘minis’ have a price range of €2.99 (approx. Rs.207) to €4.99 (approx. Rs.345). The PSP Go retails at €249.99 (approx. Rs.17,321).
