iBall has announced the Slide 3G 7271-HD70 in India for an affordable price and it looks forward to building up on the success of the Slide 7271-HD7 slate which was released earlier this year. The device in question has although been priced at just under Rs 9,000, you can purchase it for less than Rs 8,300 in the country.
Let’s take a quick look at the features and specifications of the iBall Slide 3G 7271-HD70. Like a number of other devices which have recently been launched in the sub-continent, this slate features slots for dual SIM cards and even has a built-in 3G module for supporting the faster mobile network out of the box. Wi-Fi is also present so you can easily connect it to various hotspots.
The entire front panel of the gadget is taken up by a 7-inch 1024 X 600p touchscreen and a little space has been dedicated to a VGA webcam that comes in handy for video conferencing purposes. A 2MP rear camera has been thrown into the mix as well so you can capture images and even record videos.
This slate powered by a 1.3GHz dual core ARM Cortex A7 processor brings 1GB of RAM in addition to 8GB of onboard storage space. The latter is expandable by up to 32GB. The Bluetooth- and GPS-enabled device is based on the Jelly Bean 4.2 OS and is powered by a 3000mAh battery.
