Besides the Zync Z-1000, the iBall Slide 3G 7334 is another budget-friendly tablet with a price tag of less than Rs. 11,000, that treats users to the Ice Cream Sandwich platform. This device seems similar to the recently launched Swipe Tab, as the 7-inch slab claims to offer dual SIM support as well as 3G connectivity.
Internal working of the slate is carried out under the supervision of a Cortex A9 chipset which processes at a speed of 1GHz. It claims to offer upload and download speeds of 5.76Mbps and 7.2Mbps, respectively. Moreover, the device enables users to experience 3G network speed on both SIM cards. Based on the Android ICS operating system, it offers a multi-touch real estate of 7 inches. The slate’s capacitive WSVGA display can render high definition images in 1024 x 600p resolution.
Its front panel houses a VGA camera in addition to the touchscreen, allowing users to engage in video conferencing over the web. There’s a 2MP primary camera on the flip side for capturing images and recording videos. The 360-degree panorama photography mode has also been built-in to the slab. The other attributes of the Slide 3G 7334 are inclusive of GPS, Bluetooth and a USB port. Applications like Facebook, WhatsApp, Nimbuzz, IBNLive, Moneycontrol and more have been pre-installed on this tablet.
