Residents of India who wish to have a new tablet for the New Year can turn their attention to the Samsung GalaxyTab 620 which was recently launched in the country. A member of Samsung’s Galaxy line of devices, it is powered by a 1.2GHz dual core processor and boasts of a 7-inch 1024 x 600p TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen.
Running on the Android Honeycomb 3.2 OS, this slate offers 16GB of internal storage capacity which can be expanded up to 32GB through the microSD card slot. It is graced with a 2MP front facing snapper and a 3MP rear facing camera possessing autofocus, LED Flash and geo tagging functionalities.

Users are allowed to download multimedia content like songs, movies and TV shows at fast data speeds of 21Mbps owing to the HSPA+ connectivity that it provides support for.
The Samsung GalaxyTab 620 can now be purchased from authorized electronic retail stores in India for a price of Rs. 30,250.
